Everything was amazing! The hosts were super kind. The cozy studio had everything we needed, including a welcome basket with homemade jam. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. I wish we could have stayed longer!

I had a truly remarkable stay in the Studio! The lovely welcome basket filled with homemade seed bread, jam, and fresh eggs made us feel right at home. The hot tub provided the perfect evening unwind spot, surrounded by beautifully kept gardens that made our mornings feel magical.

had an amazin time at cotenham barn! the studio was super cozy and had everything we needed. The welcome basket with homemade bread and jam was a sweet surprise. breakfast was really tasty with fresh ingredients, and the gardens were a nice place to chill. the owners, jill and phil, were super friendly and made us feel right at home. overall, it was a lovely spot to unwind and relax for 2 nights.
only thing i could complain about was the noise from outside sometimes. also, parking was a bit tricky.

Cozy getaway with extras!
We had a lovely 2-night stay in the Studio. Jill and Phil were super welcoming! The kitchenette was more stocked than we expected, and we loved chilling in the outdoor dining area. Just heard some road noise at night, but nothing too crazy. a peaceful escape.
